How points work

Use points for Carryroo actions

  1. Buy points

    After payment, they are added to your balance. Each package has its own validity period, and the points expiring first are used first.

  2. Publish a trip

    When a new trip is published for the first time, 2 points are deducted immediately. Later edits do not cost additional points.

  3. Send a request

    First, 1 points are reserved. They are released if the request is rejected or cancelled and are only consumed after successful completion.
