1. Subject and separation

Users can buy one-time credit packages. The points shown in the selected package permit use of specified Carryroo platform functions; they are not legal tender, do not earn interest and cannot be redeemed for cash.

A credit purchase is a payment to Carryroo. Compensation agreed between Sender and Courier for a Carryroo order is a different transaction type and is currently processed neither by Stripe nor in escrow by Carryroo.

2. Price, currency, promotion and validity

Before purchase, Carryroo displays the number of points, validity period, regular price, any active promotional price, discount and total in EUR. Only the package selected when Checkout starts is purchased; no subscription or automatic renewal is created.

Promotional prices are applied automatically. An end date is shown when configured; otherwise the promotional price applies until withdrawn. Later price changes do not alter completed purchases.

Each package has its own validity period. Points expiring first are used first. An estimated expiry is shown before purchase; the binding expiry is calculated from the confirmed payment time.

3. Payment and credit delivery

Payment is handled through Stripe Embedded Checkout. Stripe only displays methods available for the account, country, currency, device and buyer context.

The browser submits only the identifier of the selected local package to Carryroo. Price, point amount, currency, discount and validity are determined server-side from the active package.

Points are credited only after Stripe confirms successful payment through a verified webhook. A browser return or a status displayed in Checkout is not proof of payment.

4. Payment data and security

Sensitive payment details are entered in the interface provided by Stripe. Carryroo does not store full card or bank-account data.

Carryroo stores the order, amount, status and Stripe reference data needed for allocation, accounting, security and support. See the privacy policy for details.

5. Cancellation, failure and refunds

No points are credited after a cancelled or failed payment. Duplicate technical notifications cannot create duplicate credits because server-side processing is idempotent.

After a full refund or a finally lost payment dispute, the credits allocated to that purchase are revoked. If credits have already been consumed or reserved, the credit account may be restricted pending review. Partial refunds are not automatically converted into a proportional number of points and require individual review.

Additional refunds are provided where required by law, expressly agreed or confirmed by Carryroo in the individual case. Requests should identify the account and payment and be sent to info@enmindustry.com.

6. Mandatory consumer rights

Mandatory statutory conformity, termination, reimbursement and withdrawal rights remain unaffected. Whether a right of withdrawal exists or ends early depends on the applicable legal requirements and the start or use of the digital service.

Withdrawal or refund statements can be sent to info@enmindustry.com. Carryroo will confirm and process them under applicable law.
